SYGNUM · Weight-stack training

SYGNUM is gym80’s weight-stack equipment family, offering guided strength exercises with selectable resistance. Its broader weight-stack portfolio also includes stations, dual-function machines and cable-based formats, giving facility planners different ways to organise a training floor.

The pictured 3016 Chest Press illustrates this approach: an entry aid helps position the handles at the start, while a continuously adjustable seat and integrated footrest support the training setup.

PURE KRAFT · Plate-loaded strength

PURE KRAFT is the plate-loaded side of the gym80 range. Weight plates provide the resistance, with individual machines designed around particular movements. The family gives operators a dedicated option for strength areas alongside weight-stack and free-weight equipment.

Shown here, the 4390 Butterfly 50 Degree has pivoting handles intended to accommodate different arm lengths, an entry aid and two weight-storage pins. Its distinctive angled frame offers a clear example of the range’s machine-specific design; finishes can be discussed as part of a wider facility brief.

Official gym80 4446 IRON QUBE L functional training structure

80ATHLETICS & IRON QUBES · Functional space

gym80’s functional and performance portfolio brings together 80ATHLETICS and IRON QUBES. Racks, standalone stations and multi-station structures make room for varied training formats, from individual strength work to shared functional areas.

The pictured 4446 IRON QUBE L combines cable training, pull-up and dip positions with further attachment points in one structure. This is a different planning proposition from a row of single-exercise machines: several activities can share an organised training zone. Equipment selection and accessories should be confirmed against the intended use and available space.

The gym80 production facility in Gelsenkirchen, Germany

From Gelsenkirchen, with manufacturing depth

gym80’s history is rooted in Germany’s Ruhr region. Development and production are based in Gelsenkirchen, where the company combines industrial processes with hands-on manufacturing skills. Its production story includes laser cutting, robotic welding and powder coating, alongside the work of experienced craftspeople.

Based at Wiesmannstraße 46 in Gelsenkirchen, gym80 International GmbH links product design with the manufacture of frames, components and finishes. That shared location connects the equipment’s engineering with the practical decisions made on the production floor.

gym80’s display of frame finish and upholstery colour samples

A finish that belongs to the space

Equipment can contribute to a facility’s identity as well as its training offer. gym80 presents options for frame colours, upholstery colours and textures, with branding details such as embroidered or laser-cut logos.

The real finish-sample display shown here makes that design conversation tangible. A restrained hotel interior, a focused performance studio and a larger fitness club may call for different visual treatments. Finishes and branding can be explored alongside the equipment specification, with the interior concept guiding the selection.

Strength training within hospitality

A hotel fitness room is part of the wider guest experience. gym80’s hospitality offering addresses the relationship between equipment, interior design and available floor space, with services spanning planning, visualisation and installation.

From boutique settings to larger wellness environments, the conversation starts with the operator’s brief: who will use the space, how it should feel and what training it needs to support.
